If a low-pressure steam boiler is being used, then a pressure gauge with a range of 0-15 PSI may indicate its pressure. Furthermore, a range of 0-200 PSI could signify the pressure of a high-pressure boiler.

Additionally, the pressure gauge provides crucial data regarding the state of the boiler system. Additionally, the boiler instrumentation relies on it as a crucial element. If the safe operating limits of the boiler vessel are exceeded, damage to the boiler can occur. Consequently, it could result in leaks or even explosions. By regularly calibrating and maintaining pressure gauges in boilers, accurate and reliable readings can be ensured. After checking the accuracy of the gauge against a calibrated reference, it is recommended to replace faulty gauges. Additionally, safeguarding the gauge from harm or exposure to severe conditions is a part of this process.
